Warranty Coverage
- RETRO offers a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase for all new products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Return the Product: If your claim is approved, you will need to return the product to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective upon inspection.
Processing Your Claim
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the warranty claim was approved. If approved, we’ll process the replacement or repair within 10 business days.
Limitations
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
